Just a few minutes walk from the Bangrak Pier you can enjoy this completely private 500sqm property that sits alongside a mangrove forest all to yourself. The property accommodates two completely kitted out Container Homes with en-suite bathrooms. Both ensuite bathrooms feature a shower, toilet and wash basin. Cosy up in your standard queen size bed with a view of mangroves outside or watching a great movie on the flat screen smart TV, where Netflix and Youtube are available. The outside eco kitchen features a fridge & freezer, 2 burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining can easily cater for 4 people. The outdoor area is completely private. Relax and enjoy a great book in the garden or watching your friends play a game of badminton – you won’t fail to enjoy the lovely peaceful setting that this property has to offer. The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout. Smoking is not permitted inside the Container Homes. Guests are only allowed to smoke outside.
House Rules
Check out is 11am. For additional hours, unless given permission to stay for a complimentary later check out time, an additional 500 baht will be charged per hour after 11am. Guests cannot stay at the property later than 14:00.
Other Details to Note
Some ask: "Why do you charge for electricity and cleaning?" Some home owners increase the nightly rate to cover these costs, but to keep the cost as low as possible for our guests, we keep it separate. We feel this makes it fair for everyone, as our guests pay the actual cost, nothing more. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is charged at the rate of 8 baht per unit. PLEASE NOTE: "Baan Loha 1" is located next to a separate accomodation listed as "Baan Loha 2." This is for your reference incase you have a group of eight people and would like to find accomodation near by to accommodate your group. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is 3pm to allow enough time for a thorough clean of the residence. If you would like to drop your bags at Baan Loha after 11am please contact the Hostess.

Whatever your holiday needs, Baan Loha is ideally located. The property is centrally located in Bangrak, only minutes away from restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, as well as the very popular Big Buddha and Plai Laem temples. All convenience stores are only minutes away, with the airport conveniently located only 3km away.
Guest Access
Baan Loha 1 is situated only a 5 minute walk away from the main road of Bangrak Beach, and close to all the piers for those day trips to phangan or other nearby islands. Within a few minutes walk you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, and also the long stretch of beach that the Bangrak area has to offer which is perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. A private house for holiday makers is a rare find in this central location.
Find us
Being well located means you are able to enjoy a variety of activities and restaurants within walking distance. However, the best way to travel around and experience Koh Samui is by scooter or car. Please be careful when driving and always wear a helmet when riding a scooter. We are able to arrange rental of either upon request.
